Raised in Arkansas, Harlie, attended the University of Central Arkansas, where she received her B.A. in Theatre and studied film as her minor. Harlie first started stage managed her freshman year and immediately fell in love with it. She continued to stage manage/assistant stage manage throughout her undergrad. They have also worked on many student film projects as the 1st Assistant Director.

After graduating from UCA she moved to North West Arkansas to work at Theatre Squared. She first worked as an over-hire technician, and then as a Season Stage Manager. Within those three years they worked on new works, world premiers, co-productions, and even events around the theatre. Within the first year of living in NWA Harlie also had the great opportunity to work on the Latinx Theatre Projects new play, Arrivals & Salidas.

Currently, Harlie is the Equity Assistant Stage Manager for A Gentlemen’s Guide to Love and Murder at Theatre Squared. This season she has worked on A Raisin in the Sun, Twenty50, A Christmas Carol, Primary Trust, Twelfth Night, and In the Grove of Forgetting.

In their spare time, they like to read, play DND, thrifting, go camping, board games, hangout with their dear friends, and caring for her husband and dog, Andrew and Dipper!
